Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Travel Fares Compare LLC, we want to ensure complete transparency regarding the cancellation and refund of any travel services booked through our agents.

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

In compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation, flights originating from or departing to the United States can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days prior to the flight's scheduled departure. To execute a 24-hour cancellation, you must call our support line at 1-800-123-4567.

2. Standard Airline Cancellations & Changes

Beyond the 24-hour window, all airline tickets are strictly subject to the fare rules and policies of the specific airline you are ticketed with.

  • Non-Refundable Fares: Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket, you may receive an airline credit for future use, less any applicable airline penalty fees.
  • Agency Service Fees: Any service fees charged by Travel Fares Compare LLC at the time of the original booking are strictly non-refundable.
  • Exchange Fees: If the airline permits a change to your ticket, you will be responsible for the airline's change fee, any difference in fare, and a Travel Fares Compare exchange processing fee of up to $50 per ticket.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

We do not process cancellations via email for security reasons. To request a cancellation, change, or refund, you must call our customer service team during normal business hours:

4. Refund Processing Time

If your ticket is eligible for a refund directly to your original form of payment, please allow 1-2 billing cycles (up to 30 days) for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary by airline and financial institution.
